摘　　要：盐酸安妥沙星片是我国科学家自主创制的第4代氟喹诺酮类药物,于2009年6月获批上市,目前已成为临床抗感染治疗的药物选择之一。本文收集了盐酸安妥沙星片上市后的相关文献,对其应用状况、有效性和安全性等方面进行评价。Antofloxacin hydrochloride tablets is the fourth generational fluoroquinolones drugs independently developed by Chinese scientists,which was approved for marketing in Jun.2009 and has become one of the choices for clinical anti-infective treatment.This article has collected relevant literature after the marketing of Antoxacin hydrochloride tablets,and evaluated its application status,effectiveness and safety.
