摘  要:建立了食品用纸杯中二苯甲酮和4-甲基二苯甲酮两种紫外吸收剂的气相色谱-质谱快速检测法。将纸杯样品剪碎或粉碎,用正己烷超声萃取,经0.22μm有机系滤膜净化过滤后,采用气相色谱-质谱仪上机测定,外标法定量,结果显示:二苯甲酮和4-甲基二苯甲酮分离程度高、峰型好,可以实现准确定量,两种目标物在3种添加水平下的回收率为90%~96.1%,相对标准偏差为1.4%~4.1%,相关系数为0.999以上,方法的检出限(S/N=3)为0.2mg/kg。方法简单高效、准确度高、灵敏度高,可用于食品用纸杯中二苯甲酮和4-甲基二苯甲酮的快速检测。A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)rapid detection method was established for the two UV absorbers of benzophenone and 4-methylbenzophenone in catering paper cups.The paper cup samples were cut or pulverized and extracted with N-hexane.After purifying and filtering with 0.22μm organic membrane,the sample was determined by GC-MS and quantified by external standard method.The results showed that the separation rate of benzophenone and 4-methylbenzophenone was high,which can be accurately calculated.The recovery rate of the two items at the three levels of addition was 90%to 96.1%,the relative standard deviations was 1.4%to 4.1%,and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 or more.The detection limit of the method(S/N=3)was 0.2mg/kg.The method is simple and efficient,high in accuracy and sensitivity,and can be used for rapid detection of benzophenone and 4-methylbenzophenone in catering paper cups.
