白泥在文化纸机及其产品的推广应用

摘　　要：太阳纸业生产自制浆时产生的黑液,通过碱回收,产生大量白泥轻钙,如果采用填埋、电厂燃烧等方式,显然是对资源的一种浪费以及会对环境保护产生较大压力。我公司联合美国特矿对白泥轻钙重新筛选、研磨与洗涤后,作为填料重新应用于纸机。本文着重介绍了文化纸机加入白泥填料后对纸机以及成纸的影响。添加白泥代替在用的混钙后,纸张的松厚度有一定的提高,某些强度指标有一定的下降;对整个纸机系统影响不大,但是也会带来类似毛布透气率下降过快、增白剂用量增加、脱水速率降低等问题。The black liquor produced in Sun Paper’s pulp production process,if recovered by alkali,can discharge a large amount of white mud.If landfill or power plant combustion is used,it is obviously a waste of resources and will cause a great pressure to environmental protection.Our company cooperated with US SMI company to rescreen,grind and wash the light calcium of white mud,and reuse it as a filler in the paper production.This article focuses on the impact of the paper machine on the paper formation after adding the white mud filler.Adding white mud instead of the mixed calcium in use,the bulk of the paper is improved,some strength indicators have a certain decline;it has little effect on the whole paper machine system,but it will also bring about a similar decrease in the air permeability of the felt.And it may also cause the increase in the amount of whitening agent,the rate of dehydration and other problems.
