摘　　要：太阳纸业生产的淋膜原纸一直在国内市场上属于领军产品,其生产工艺以及产品质量得到广大消费者的认可。但是高定量的淋膜原纸在生产过程中,内结合强度很难提高。为了提高纸张的结合强度,减少因分层问题带来的客户投诉,生产中尝试性地加入干强剂。结果表明:加入干强剂后,纸张的内结合强度获得明显提高,而生产成本并未增加。The film coated paper produced by Sun paper have always been the leading product in the domestic market,so its inherent production technology and paper characteristics have been favored by the majority of consumers.However,it is difficult to improve the internal bond strength in the production process for high basis weight base paper.In order to improve the strength of paper and reduce customer complaints caused by layering problems,we try to add dry strength agent in production.The results show that after adding dry strength agent,the internal bond strength of paper is improved obviously,and the production cost is not further increased.
