摘 要:本文就有机废液燃烧驱动煤化学链气化中不同操作条件对反应产气的影响进行了研究。实验中所使用的载氧体为Fe2O3/Al2O3,由浸渍法和沉淀法两种方法制备,Fe2O3质量分数为60%。在不同过氧系数下的对照实验中,过氧系数为0.5的实验组气化产气品质最高,其H2/CO为6.43。利用不同制备方法的载氧体进行相同过氧系数下的对照实验,实验结果表明沉淀法制备的载氧体显示出比浸渍法制备的载氧体更高的反应活性。将载氧体替换为Al2O3的空白对照组的结果说明了Fe2O3/Al2O3载氧体的使用起到了利用废液中有机物能量、提高碳转化率和提升产气品质的作用。实验中还利用比表面积测定、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对新制载氧体的形貌特征进行了分析。The objective of this research is to investigate the effects of operating conditions on gas generated during the coal chemical-looping gasification(CLG)process driven by the chemical-looping combustion of organic wastewater.The oxygen carriers used in these experiments were Fe2O3 loaded on Al2O3,which are prepared with two different methods,i.e.,impregnation and precipitation.The mass fractions of Fe2O3 and Al2O3 in these oxygen carriers are all set as 60%and 40%respectively.The result of comparison experiments in different oxygen excess number indicates 0.5 is the optimal one because of its highest quality of synthesis gas,whose ratio of H2 and CO is 6.43.Compared with the oxygen carriers prepared with impregnation,the oxygen carriers prepared with precipitation shows a higher reaction activity.The oxygen carriers were characterized by specific surface area analysis,X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM).
