摘 要:在废油制取润滑油基础油和工业燃料油的生产过程中,检测到两种油品均存在灰分和金属元素含量超标,影响到产品质量。针对这一问题实验室直接对废油原料进行二级脱灰除金属杂质,结果表明:一级脱除率为66.50%,二级脱除率为94.70%。同时考察了反应温度、反应时间、静置沉降时间、脱金属剂用量和水稀释剂用量对废油脱灰和金属脱除率的影响。两级脱灰除金属杂质的优化操作条件;反应温度115℃,反应时间1 h,脱除剂加入量2%~3%,稀释水量15%,静置时间3 h。在此条件下,废油灰分由原来0.812%降到0.043%,降灰率为94.70%,Ca、Fe、Mg、Zn、Ni、V的脱除率分别为97.05%、92.74%、95.55%、96.43%、66.67%、85.71%。In the production process of lubricating oil base oil and industrial fuel oil for waste oil,it was detected that the ash content and metal element content of both oil products exceeded the standard,which affected the product quality.In response to this problem,the laboratory directly performs secondary deashing and removal of metal impurities on waste oil raw materials.The results showed that the first-order removal rate was 66.50% and the second-order removal rate was 94.70%.At the same time,the effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,standing settling time,amount of demetallizing agent and amount of water thinner on the deashing and metal removal rate of waste oil were investigated.Optimized operating conditions for two-stage deashing and removal of metal impurities;reaction temperature 115℃,reaction time one hour,removal agent addition amount 2%~3%,dilution water amount 15%,standing time three hour.Under this condition,the waste ash was reduced from 0.812%to 0.043%,ash reduction rate was 94.70%,Ca,Fe,Mg,Zn,Ni,V,removal rate were 97.05%,92.74%,95.55%,96.43%,66.67%and 85.71%.
