摘  要:建立气相色谱-质谱联用法同时测定竹木制食品相关产品中邻苯基苯酚、抑霉唑、联苯、百菌清、克菌丹等防腐抑霉剂的方法。样品粉碎后用正己烷提取,旋涡混匀、超声提取,经DB-5MS UI(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)柱分离,质谱检测,外标法定量。此方法条件下,50~1000μg/L浓度范围内,分离度好,方法线性相关系数大于0.999,平均回收率在83.5%~108.4%之间,精密度在2.19%~6.87%之间。结果表明,本方法操作简单快速、分离度好、重现性好、精密度高,适合竹木制品中多种防腐剂测定。A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry is developed for simultaneous determination of o-Phenylphenol,imazalil,biphenyl,chlorothalonil and Captan in bamboo and wood products.The samples were pulverized and extracted by n-hexane,mixed by vortex,extracted by ultrasound,separated by DB-5MS UI(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)column,detected by mass spectrometry.and quantified by external standard method.Under this method,the separation degree is good in the concentration range of 50~1000μg/L,the linear correlation coefficient of the method is greater than 0.999,the average recovery rate is 83.5%~108.4%,and the precision is 2.19%~6.87%.The results show that the method is simple,rapid,good in separation,good in reproducibility and high in precision,and is suitable for the determination of various preservatives in bamboo and wood products.
