摘  要:为实现乙炔清净过程中产生的次氯酸钠废水零排放,设计了由次氯酸钠废水净化系统与三效蒸发脱盐系统组成的次氯酸钠废水循环零排放的处理系统。"集水池+吹脱塔+石英砂过滤器+陶瓷过滤器+清水池+超滤装置+反渗透装置"组成的次氯酸钠废水净化系统去除了水中的钙盐、悬浮物、颗粒物、有机物及溶解的乙炔气;三效蒸发脱盐系统在得到合格氯化钠盐的同时可节约大量的一次用水,并提升了电石渣的品质。此次氯酸钠废水循环零排放的处理系统每年可节约回用水26000 m^3,节约成本0.91万元。The sodium hypochlorite wastewater recycling-zero discharge system which consists of sodium hypochlorite wastewater purification system and three effect evaporation desalination system,was designed to realize zero discharge of sodium hypochlorite wastewater in the purification of dry-process producing acetylene.The aim to remove contaminants(e.g.,calcium salt,suspended matter,particulate matter,organics and dissolved acetylene in the water)was achieved by sodium hypochlorite wastewater purification system which was composed of collecting tank,blowing tower,quartz sand filter,ceramic filter,clean-water reservoir,ultrafiltration unit and reverse osmosis device.The three-effect evaporative desalination system not only got qualified sodium chloride and high-quality calcium carbide slag but also saved a lot of water.This sodium hypochlorite wastewater recycling-zero discharge system can save 26,000 m^3 reclaimed water every year,which is equivalent to saving the cost of 9,100$RMB.
