摘  要:本工艺设计根据奶牛场养殖废水具有高悬浮物的特点采用"固液分离机+卧螺离心机"的预处理组合系统,对奶牛场养殖废水悬浮物的去除达到了良好的效果,大大降低了后续生化系统的有机负荷,使得后续沼气池对COD、BOD的去除效率有了较大的提高,运行稳定。利用沼气池较长的水力停留时间,使废水发生深度厌氧反应,大幅度的降低废水中的COD、BOD等物质,并提高废水的可生化性。采用生物脱氮工艺,二级AO系统的硝化与反硝化反应对废水中的氨氮去除效果非常显著,达到了设计的预期效果。废水中的总磷采用生物除磷工艺不能保证达到预期的排放标准,辅以物化除磷的保障措施。同时,采用芬顿氧化系统氧化废水中难降解物质,保障COD的稳定达标排放。According to the characteristics of high suspended solids in dairy farm wastewater,the combined pretreatment system of"solid-liquid separator+horizontal snail centrifuge"was adopted to remove suspended solids from dairy farm wastewater.The organic load of the follow-up biochemical system was greatly reduced,and the removal efficiency of COD and BOD in the follow-up biogas digester was greatly improved and the operation was stable.The long hydraulic retention time of biogas digester can make the wastewater undergo deep anaerobic reaction,greatly reduce COD,BOD and other substances in wastewater,and improve the biodegradability of wastewater.Using biological denitrification process,the nitrification and denitrification reaction of secondary AO system has a very significant effect on ammonia nitrogen removal in wastewater,which achieves the expected effect of the design.The total phosphorus in wastewater can not meet the expected discharge standard by biological phosphorus removal process,supplemented by physical and chemical phosphorus removal safeguards.At the same time,Fenton oxidation system was used to oxidize refractory substances in wastewater to ensure the stable discharge of COD.
