摘 要:针对该皮革公司废水处理系统现处理水量超出原设计能力和受场地限制无法升级改造导致的出水偶有超标等问题,开展原位强化生物降解COD和氨氮工程示范研究。结果表明,结合工艺的优化调整,投加经驯化的工程菌群可大幅提高生化系统的处理负荷和耐冲击能力,生化出水CODcr稳定在400mg/L左右,NH3-N稳定在20mg/L左右,经原有电芬顿工艺段处理后,出水完全达到广东省地方标准(DB4426-2001)一级要求。In view of the problem that the water treatment capacity of the leather company’s wastewater treatment system exceeds the original design capacity and the effluent caused by the site limitation cannot be upgraded,the in-situ enhanced biodegradation COD and ammonia nitrogen project demonstration research is carried out.The results show that the optimized adjustment of the combined process,the addition of domesticated enhanced microorganisms can greatly improve the processing load and impact resistance of the biochemical system.The biochemical effluent CODcr is stable at about 400 mg/L,and the NH3-N is stable at 20 mg/L.Left and right,after treatment by the original electric Fenton process section,the effluent completely meets the first-level requirements of the Guangdong Provincial Local Standard(DB4426-2001).
