摘  要:实验室废水具有来源分散、成分复杂、水质不均匀等特点,收集和处理率不高,给周边水环境造成一定的负担,因此建设实验室污水处理站势在必行。采用厌氧水解酸化-生物接触氧化工艺处理实验室废水,设计处理量10 m^3/d,设计废水水质COD 150~800mg/L。BOD580~400mg/L,NH4^+-N 6~45mg/L。运行实验结果表明,本工艺处理实验室废水效果显著,对COD的去除率达到94%,出水COD小于100mg/L,对NH4^+-N的去除率达到81%,水质指标达到《污水综合排放标准》中的一级标准,本实验为一体化小型污水处理设备应用于高校实验室废水处理提供技术支持与借鉴。Laboratory wastewater has the characteristics of dispersed sources,complex components and uneven water quality,and the collection and treatment rate is low,which causes a certain burden on the surrounding water environment.Therefore,it is imperative to build laboratory wastewater treatment station.Anaerobic hydrolysis acidification-biological contact oxidation process was used to treat laboratory wastewater.The designed treatment capacity was 10 m^3/d,and the designed wastewater quality was COD 150~800 mg/L,BOD580~400 mg/L,NH4^+-N 6~45 mg/L.The experimental results showed that this process has a remarkable effect on treating laboratory wastewater.The removal rate of COD reached 94%,with effluent COD less than 100 mg/L,NH4^+-N removal rate reached 81%,and the water quality index reached the first level standard of"Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard".It provided technical support and reference for the application of integrated small-scale wastewater treatment equipment to wastewater treatment in the university laboratories.
