摘　　要：阐述了激波吹灰器的基本工作原理,介绍了该系统在MTO装置余热锅炉的具体应用,分析了运行过程中常见故障的产生原因,并提出相应的解决办法和改造建议。This article describes the operating principle of shock wave soot blowing system and provides example of application of the system in waste heat boiler of MTO unit.The reasons of faults in operation are analyzed and appropriate solutions and renovation proposal are proposed.
