基于“异病同治”探讨林洁教授运用益气化瘀法治疗妇科病经验

摘　　要：林洁教授认为女性因经、孕、产、乳耗气伤血,女子患病常多虚多瘀。林教授充分领悟辨证论治的理论精髓,遵循异病同治的治疗理念,在益气化瘀法的基础上,配合活血消癥,固冲止血,行气止痛,清热解毒等治疗子宫肌瘤、排卵障碍性异常子宫出血、盆腔炎性疾病后遗症、产后子宫复旧不全,临床疗效显著。Professor LIN Jie holds that women suffer from Qi consumption and Blood damage due to menstruation,pregnancy,delivery and breast feeding.Women often suffer from deficiency and stasis.Professor LIN Jie fully comprehends the essence of the theory of treatment based on syndrome differentiation and follows the concept of treating different diseases with same method.Accompanied with the basic treatment of benefiting Qi and resolving stasis,the treatment based on syndrome differentiation such as promoting blood circulation and resolving stasis,consolidating Chong vessel for stopping bleeding,activating Qi for relieving pain and clearing heat and removing toxicity were also used.The treatment of uterine fibroids,anomalous uterine bleeding with ovulation disorder,sequela of inflammatory diseases of cervix uteri,postpartum uterine subinvolution with the above method had a significant clinical effect.
