摘 要:利用钢铁酸洗废液中铁离子与双氧水构建了废液类Fenton体系,并以溴氨酸水溶液为降解对象,与纯亚铁Fenton体系进行了降解效果对比研究.实验结果表明:废液类Fenton体系适用于较高的pH值(pH=4)并降低了H2O2用量(1.5 mL/L).进一步地,采用响应面法对废液Fenton体系降解工艺条件进行了优化.结果表明:在H2O2用量为2.05 mL/L(nH2O2∶nFe^2+=10∶1),pH=3.4,反应时间为80 min的条件下,溴氨酸水溶液的脱色率最大,可达88.15%.最后,研究了废液Fenton体系对不同染料废水的降解效果,结果表明:Zn^2+与亚甲基蓝间的配位作用增加了脱色率,而Zn^2+对废液Fenton体系处理溴氨酸和甲基橙水溶液的效果无明显影响.A Fenton system was formed by the iron ion in steel pickling waste liquid and H2O2,and its degradation effect on bromine acid aqueous solution was studied and compared with that of pure ferrous Fenton system.The experimental results showed that the Fenton system was applicable to a higher pH value(pH=4),so the H2O2 dosage(1.5 mL/L lower)was lowered.Additionally,the optimal degradation parameters for the Fenton system were determined by response surface method.The results showed that under the conditions of H2O2 dosage=2.05 mL/L(nH2O2∶nFe^2+=10∶1),reaction pH=3.4 and reaction time=80 min,the chroma removal rate was highest,up to 88.15%.The degradation experimental results in the different dye aqueous solutions by Fenton system were investigated,and the results showed that the coordination effect between Zn^2+ and methylene blue increased the chroma remove rate,however,the Zn^2+ showed none obvious effect on the degradation of bromine acid and methyl orange aqueous solution.
