克氏针结合NICE结张力带治疗儿童肱骨内上髁骨折的疗效分析

摘　　要：为分析克氏针结合可吸收缝线尼氏结(NICE结)张力带治疗小儿肱骨内上髁骨折中的疗效及应用价值,收集了2016年9月至2018年7月的16例小儿肱骨内上髁骨折的治疗及随访资料进行回顾性分析。患者均按照克氏针结合NICE结构建的可吸收缝线张力带进行骨折固定,术后早期进行肘关节功能锻炼。患者术后随访时间均超过8个月,根据改良Mayo肘关节功能评分标准,术后3个月优良率超过93%,均无血管、神经损伤及骨折延迟或畸形愈合等不良并发症发生。因此采用NICE结构建可吸收缝线张力带辅助克氏针固定治疗小儿肱骨内上髁骨骨折可有效达到固定目的,临床效果满意。To investigate the efficacy and clinic value of Kirschner wire fixation combine NICE knot formed suture tension band applied in operation of children s humeral medial epicondyle fracture.This study retrospectively analyzed the data of 16 cases of children s humeral medial epicondyle fracture from September 2016 to July 2018.All patients received surgical treatment by using Kirschner wire combined with NICE knot formed absorbable suture tension band fixation of the fracture,and received early elbow joint function exercise.The patients were followed up at least for 8 months.According to the improved Mayo elbow function score:the excellent rate was over 93% after three months of postoperative follow-up,and no adverse complications such as vascular,nerve injury and delayed or malunion fracture healing occurred.Therefore,the use of NICE knot to build absorbable suture tension band assisted Kirschner wires fixation for the treatment of children s humeral medial epicondyle fracture can effectively achieve the purpose of fixation,the clinical results were satisfactory.
