摘　　要：目的探讨肩胛下肌强化Bankart修复术(ASA)治疗ⅢA型骨性Bankart损伤的疗效。方法回顾性分析自2017年1月至2019年4月北部战区总医院收治的16例ⅢA型骨性Bankart损伤患者的临床资料。患者均行肩关节镜微创手术治疗,具体手术方案均为行ASA。比较术前、术后患者的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Rowe评分、美国肩肘外科协会评分(ASES)、美国加州大学肩关节评分(UCLA)及外旋受限情况。结果患者术后X线影像检查提示恢复良好。术后,患者的Rowe、ASES、UCLA评分较术前显著增加,VAS评分较术前显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,肩关节外旋活动角度丢失(9.6°±4.2°)。随访期间未见患者脱位。结论ASA技术治疗ⅢA型骨性Bankart损伤疗效显著,可有效恢复肩关节功能。Objective To investigate the effect of associated with subscapularis augmentation(ASA)in the treatment of typeⅢA bone Bankart injury.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 16 cases ofⅢtype A bone Bankart injury from January 2017 to April 2019.All patients received minimally invasive shoulder arthroscopy,and the specific surgical procedures were ASA technology.Preoperative and postoperative pain visual analogue scale(VAS),Rowe scale,ASES scale,UCLA scale and external rotation limitation were compared.Results Postoperative X-ray examination indicated that the patient recovered well.Postoperative Rowe,ASES and UCLA scores were significantly increased and VAS scores were significantly reduced,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The external rotation motion Angle of the shoulder joint was lost(9.6°±4.2°).No dislocation was observed during follow-up.Conclusion ASA technique is effective in the treatment of typeⅢA bone Bankart injury and can effectively restore shoulder function.
