摘　　要：目的探讨肩关节镜治疗钙化性肌腱炎合并肩袖损伤的临床疗效。方法选取自2014年1月至2017年12月就诊的50例钙化性肌腱炎合并肩袖损伤患者为研究对象,患者均行肩关节镜治疗,采用肩关节Constant-Murley评分、Rowe评分及美国加州大学肩关节评分(UCLA)评价患者的恢复情况。结果患者术后切口均甲级愈合,无感染及血管、神经损伤等手术并发症发生,末次随访时未发生钙化物复发情况。术后1个月,患者UCLA评分为(32.3±0.4)分,低于末次随访时的(34.6±0.3)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1、6、12个月,患者Constant-Murley的总评分、疼痛评分及Rowe评分均逐渐升高,且均高于术前,各时间点评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肩关节镜治疗钙化性肌腱炎合并肩袖损伤疗效确切,可减轻疼痛,有效恢复肩关节功能,降低复发率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of shoulder arthroscopy in the treatment of calcified tendonitis combined with rotator cuff injury.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 50 cases of patients with calcified tendinitis combined rotator cuff injury who were admitted from January 2014 to December 2017.All patients received shoulder arthroscopy,and their recovery was evaluated by Constant-Murley score,Rowe score and University of California at Los Angeles(UCLA)score.Results All the postoperative incisions healed at Grade A,no infection,vascular and nerve injury and other surgical complications occurred,and no calcification recurrence occurred at the last follow-up.One month after the operation,the average UCLA score of the patients was(32.3±0.4)scores,lower than that at the last follow-up[(34.6±0.3)scores],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with preoperation,Constant-Murley total score,pain score and Rowe score of patients at 1,6 and 12 months after operation were all gradually increased,but the differences tetween the two groups were statistically significant at each time point(P<0.05).Conclusion Shoulder arthroscope is effective in the treatment of calcified tendonitis combined with rotator cuff injury,which can reduce pain,effectively restore shoulder joint function and reduce recurrence rate.
