摘　　要：当前氨冷凝塔在化工工业生产中发挥着重要的作用,由于其对于整个工艺流程和生产质量有着决定性的影响,所以必须要保证氨冷凝塔设计的科学性、合理性。从现阶段的氨冷凝塔利用分析来看,其内件的结构问题与质量问题会严重影响部件整体的应用效果,为此就要对氨冷凝塔内件进行合理的改造设计。主要对氨冷凝塔内件改造设计进行详细分析,旨在为相关领域的研究提供参考。At present,the ammonia condensation tower plays an important role in the chemical industry production.Because it has a decisive influence on the whole process and production quality,it is necessary to ensure the scientific and rational design of the ammonia condensation tower.From the analysis of the current ammonia condensation tower utilization,the structural problems and quality problems of the internal parts will seriously affect the overall application effect of the components.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out reasonable transformation design of the internal parts of the ammonia condensation tower.The main analysis of the internal design of the ammonia condensation tower is carried out in detail,aiming to provide reference for research in related fields.
