摘 要:主要就加氢催化剂预硫化技术进行深入的探究,分析催化剂预硫化反应的原理,同时还需要开展一系列的硫化剂比对选择工作,总结各类预硫化技术的使用特点。其中干法硫化技术主要应用到分子筛含量比较高的加氢催化剂中,湿法硫化技术主要应用到加氢精制类的催化剂。对器内预硫化与器外预硫化技术进行了比较,分析了二者技术的优缺点,同时还论述了国内外器外预硫化技术的使用现状。器外预硫化技术的实际开工时间都比较短,且其给环境所造成的污染程度微弱,可以将其取代原本的器内预硫化技术,让其成为未来我国加氢催化剂预硫化技术的发展方向。In this paper,the hydrotreating catalyst pre-sulfurization technology is deeply explored,and the principle of catalyst pre-sulfurization reaction is analyzed.At the same time,a series of comparison and selection of sulfurizing agents are needed,and the characteristics of various pre-sulfurization technologies are summarized.Among them,dry sulfurization technology is applied to hydrogenation catalysts with high molecular sieve content,while wet sulfurization technology is mainly applied to hydrofining catalysts.It is necessary to compare in-situ and out-of-situ pre-vulcanization technologies,to analyze their advantages and disadvantages,and to clarify the application status of in-situ and out-of-situ pre-vulcanization technologies at home and abroad.The actual start-up time of outof-vessel pre-sulfurization technology is relatively short,and the degree of environmental pollution caused by it is weak.It can replace the original in-vessel pre-sulfurization technology,making it the future development direction of China's hydrogenation catalyst presulfurization technology.
