HPLC法测定布洛芬泡腾片的有关物质

摘　　要：采用色谱柱Agilent HC-C18(2)(250*4.6mm,5um),在0.01mol/L磷酸氢二钾溶液与乙腈(58∶42)为流动相,流速为1mL/min,检测波长为214nm,柱温为40℃,进样量为20uL条件下,测定布洛芬泡腾片的有关物质,空白辅料峰不干扰主成分峰及各已知杂质峰的检出,本品经酸、碱、氧化、高温和光照破坏后,主成分峰与各杂质峰分离度良好。Agilent HC-C18(2)(250*4.6mm,5um)was used in the mobile phase of 0.01mol/L dipotassium hydrogen phosphate-acetonitrile(58∶42)at a flow rate of 1ml/min.214nm,the column temperature is 40℃,the injection volume is 20ul,the relevant substances of the ibuprofen effervescent tablets are determined,the blank auxiliary peak does not interfere with the detection of the main component peak and each known impurity peak,the product is acid After the alkali,oxidation,high temperature and light damage,the separation between the principal component peak and each impurity peak is good.
