摘　　要：色谱柱Agilent HC-C18(2)(250mm×4.6mm,5um),以0.01mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液-乙腈为流动相,在流速为1mL/min,检测波长280nm,柱温25℃,进样量20ul条件下测定左旋多巴片的有关物质。结果表明,本方法专属性强、灵敏、重现性好、准确度高,可用于左旋多巴片有关物质检测及质量控制。Column Agilent HC-C18(2)(250*4.6mm,5um)with 0.01mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solutionacetonitrile as mobile phase at flow rate of 1ml/min,detection wavelength of 280nm,column temperature 25℃,the injection volume of 20ul conditions to determine the relevant substances of levodopa tablets,the method is specific,sensitive,reproducible,high accuracy,can be used for levodopa tablet related substance detection and quality control.
