超声引导下细针穿刺活检对腹膜后淋巴结的临床诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下细针穿刺活检在腹膜后淋巴结诊断中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析空军军医大学第一附属医院于2017—2018年期间收治的22例腹膜后淋巴结肿大患者的临床资料,所有患者均完善术前检查后行超声引导下细针穿刺活检,记录并发症发生情况,同时比较穿刺结果与最终诊断的符合情况。结果本组22例患者穿刺过程顺利,均成功获取淋巴结组织,术后均未出现血管及神经损伤、腹腔脏器损伤;穿刺诊断结果包括良性8例,恶性14例,诊断符合率为95.45%。结论超声引导下细针穿刺活检应用于腹膜后淋巴结诊断,具有准确性高、安全性高的特点,临床应用价值较好。Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration biopsy in the diagnosis of retroperitoneal lymph nodes.Methods The clinical data of 22 patients with retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy was retrospectively analyzed,who were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University between 2017 and 2018.All patients completed the preoperative examination and underwent ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration biopsy.Postoperatively,the occurrence of complications was recorded,and the puncture results were compared with the final diagnosis.Results The 22 patients in this group had a good puncture procedure and successfully obtained lymph node tissues.No vascular and nerve injuries or abdominal organ injuries occurred after operation.The results of puncture diagnosis included 8 benign cases and 14 malignant cases,with a diagnostic coincidence rate of 95.45%.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration biopsy has high accuracy and safety in the diagnosis of retroperitoneal lymph nodes and has a good clinical value.
