摘　　要：针对选煤厂传统的配电控制方式,提出一种分布式采集设备信息的方案——基于罗克韦尔E300的智能配电系统;该系统以E300智能马达保护器为基础平台进行现场测量,通过工业以太网实现大数据采集,统一选煤厂控制系统和配电系统管理平台,最终可实现选煤厂生产管理的智能化。Aiming at the traditional power distribution control mode of coal preparation plant,a scheme for the distributed system of equipment information acquisition is proposed,which is the intelligent power distribution system based on Rockwell E300.This system is based on E300 intelligent motor protectors to carry out the site measurement.Through the industrial Ethernet,the collection of big data is achieved.The management platforms of control system and power distribution system in coal preparation plant are unified.Finally the production management intellectualization of coal preparation plant is realized.
