摘 要:经过多方案技术经济对比,确定东欢坨矿选煤厂改扩建项目的分选工艺为50~25 mm块煤干法分选,小于25 mm末煤可选可不选,分选设备为ZM矿物高效分离机;提出选煤厂设计过程中应关注干法分选不增加产品水分、生产成本低的优点,ZM矿物高效分离机的主风机宜独立于生产区域之外,厂房内宜单独设置进风道;建议在选煤厂设计中可采用干法分选和湿法分选的融合,对ZM矿物高效分离机可增加选前脱粉,该设备可扩展到井下分选。Through the technical and economic comparisons of several schemes,it is determined that the preparation process in the reconstruction and expansion project of Donghuantuo Mine Coal Preparation Plant is that 50~25 mm medium-sized coal is separated by dry cleaning technology and-25 mm slack coal is bypassed or separated.The separation equipment is ZM high efficiency mineral separator.It is pointed out that the design of the coal preparation plant should pay attention to the advantages of dry cleaning such as no increasing of product moisture and low production cost.The main fans for ZM high efficiency mineral separator should be installed outside the production area,and the air inlet pipes should be set up separately in the main box.It is suggested that the combination of dry cleaning and wet cleaning can be used in the design of the coal preparation plant.The desliming unit can be added for ZM mineral high-efficiency separator.The ZM mineral high-efficiency separator can be used for coal underground separation.
