摘 要:介绍了小于13 mm末煤水洗存在精煤灰分降低同时水分增加的情况,矸石易泥化时,原煤水洗煤泥水系统负荷大,煤泥水难以沉降;几家选煤厂的应用实践表明,末煤干选不但可以显著提高商品煤的发热量,而且降低选煤厂建设投资和运营成本,干选工艺经济效益和环保效益显著;干选技术的进步也为完善动力煤全粒级分选工艺和提高动力煤入选率开辟了新的技术途径。This paper introduces the situation that the clean coal ash is reduced and the moisture content increases when the less than 13 mm coal is washed by wet cleaning technology.If refuse is easy to be degraded in water,the load of slurry system in the coal preparation plant is high and the slime is difficult to settle.The application practice of several coal preparation plants shows that through the slack coal dry cleaning,not only significantly increases the calorific value of commercial coal,but also the construction investment and operating costs of the coal preparation plant is reduced.The economic and environmental benefits of dry cleaning process are significant.The progress of dry cleaning technology opens up new technological approaches for improving the thermal coal dry cleaning process of whole size range and increasing the separation rate of thermal coal.
