摘　　要：以己二酰氯、己二胺哌啶为原料制备了一种长直链聚合型光稳定剂HALS 660,收率可达98%。通过双螺杆造粒、注塑机打板等工艺,评价了HALS 660的防老化性质。将HALS 660应用于汽车内饰塑料中,发现其具有良好的光稳定性能,且其他方面性质与市面上主流助剂相当。HALS 660制备方案简单、合成收率较高、工艺过程为环保、产品应用性能优良,该助剂有一定的市场应用前景。HALS 660,a straight-chain polymerized light stabilizer,was prepared from adipoyl chloride and N,N'-BIS(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinyl)-1,6-hexanediamine.The anti-aging properties of HALS 660 were obtained after the accelerating life test of sample plates prepared by twin-screw granulation and injection molding.HALS 660 was applied to automotive interior plastics,and it was found that HALS 660 has a better light stability than other light stabilizers used in this area.The preparation scheme of HALS 660 is simple,the synthesis yield is high,the three wastes are relatively environmentally friendly,and the product has an excellent application performance.Therefore,it is speculated that HALS 660 has a broad application prospect.
