摘  要:文章设计了一种基于一款LED驱动芯片BOOST环路的电流采样电路,采用一种电路原理简单且输出损耗小的功率开关管导通电阻的方式,来实现电路采样功能。设计了数字电路模块控制采样电路的启动与关断,保证电路在整个芯片工作时处于正常的工作点。利用BCD工艺,在电源电压为3.7 V下对电路进行仿真验证,仿真后的结果与理论值基本一致,表明该电路能很好地采样电感电流,在LED芯片中正常的工作。A current sensing circuit based on a BOOST loop of an LED driver chip was presented, the circuit sensing function was realized by adopting a method in which the circuit principle was simple and the on-resistance of power MOSFET with low output loss. The digital circuit module was designed to control the starting and shutting down of the sensing circuit to ensure that the circuit was at the normal working point when the whole chip was working. Using the BCD process, the circuit was simulated and verified under the power supply voltage of 3.7 V. The simulated result is basically consistent with the theoretical value, which indicates that the circuit can sense the inductor current well and work normally in the LED chip.
