摘 要:不同工厂因焊接零件的变化,焊接过程复杂、多变。随着计算机技术的发展,通过数码模拟技术预测工厂焊接技术和焊接方法在工厂焊接结构的生产中起着越来越重要的作用。预测焊接能力指导和工艺要求应全面掌握知识体系的分析焊接等知识,同时也要对焊接技术、焊接结构进行了解。文章通过了解工厂焊接材料、焊接工艺的制定,对比国内外现状,对工厂焊接技术现状进行了分析。Due to changes in welding parts in different factories, the welding process is complicated and variable. With the development of computer technology, the use of digital simulation technology to predict factory welding technology and welding methods plays an increasingly important role in the production of factory welded structures. Predicting the welding ability guidance and process requirements should fully grasp the knowledge of analytical welding of the knowledge system, and also understand the welding technology and welding structure. The article analyzes the current status of factory welding technology by understanding the welding materials and welding process of the factory and comparing the status quo at home and abroad.
