断路器机械特性测试端子改造研究

摘　　要：机械特性测试牵扯到断路器二次控制回路,对分合闸回路的有效辨别和拆线、接线的工作十分重要,需要专业人员检查并由继保自动化的班组安排专人协助。检查时最大的困难是断路器的各种型号非常繁杂,需要指出回路,占用大量的检修时间,对工作效率造成严重的影响。文章主要针对机械特性测试改进了一种专用的端子,避免查找图纸和拆线、接线的步骤,提升了工作的效率,有效降低风险。The mechanical characteristic test involves the circuit breaker secondary control circuit, is important to the effective identification and disconnection of the opening and closing circuit, the wiring work, needs the professional inspection and by the relay and insurance automation team arrangement special person assistance. The most important difficulty in inspection is that the various types of circuit breakers are very complicated, so it is necessary to point out that the circuit takes up a lot of maintenance time and has a serious impact on the working efficiency. In this paper, a special terminal is improved for mechanical characteristic test, which avoids the steps of finding drawings, disconnecting wires and wiring, improves the working efficiency and effectively reduces the risk.
