摘 要:与传统水箱相比,相变储能水箱具有明显的蓄能优势。建立了折流板式相变储能水箱的分析模型,利用数值模拟的方法对折流板式相变储能水箱的换热效果进行了模拟分析。研究结果表明:折流板式相变储能水箱的蓄热总量比普通无相变材料的水箱高了35.2%;蓄热阶段水箱出口温度变化较大,且随着蓄热过程的进行装置整体液相率增速逐渐减小;放热阶段入口流速为0.09 m/s时水箱出水温度被加热2K以上的时间为8400s,放热阶段是潜热放热与显热放热共同作用的结果;放热阶段入口流速在一定范围内的改变,对相变储能水箱的放热效率影响显著。Compared with the traditional water tank,the phase change energy storage tank has obvious energy storage advantages.In this paper,the analysis model of the baffle plate phase change energy storage tank is established.The heat transfer effect of the baffled phase change energy storage tank was studied by means of numerical simulation.The results show that the total heat storage capacity of baffle phase change energy storage tank is 35.2%higher than that of ordinary nonphase change material tank.During the heat storage stage,the outlet temperature of the water tank changes greatly and as the heat storage process progresses,the overall liquid phase rate of the device gradually decreases.During the exothermic phase,when the inlet flow rate is 0.09 m/s,the water outlet temperature of the water tank is heated for more than 2K for 8400s.The exothermic stage is the result of the combined action of latent exothermic and sensible exothermic.During the exothermic phase,the change of inlet velocity in a certain range shows a significant effect on the heat release efficiency of phase change energy storage tank.
