腹腔镜联合戈舍瑞林治疗卵巢型子宫内膜异位症的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜联合戈舍瑞林治疗卵巢型子宫内膜异位症的效果。方法选取2015年1月~2016年1月我院收治的60例卵巢型子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究对象,按照就诊顺序的不同分为观察组(30例)与对照组(30例)。对照组采用腹腔镜手术治疗,术后给予孕三雌酮胶囊,观察组在对照组基础上联合戈舍瑞林缓释植入剂治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、相关症状评分、治疗时间、随访情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的痛经、月经不调、性交痛、周期性直肠刺激征、不孕评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的月经、排卵恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的妊娠成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的疾病复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用腹腔镜联合戈舍瑞林治疗卵巢型子宫内膜异位症,可明显缩短患者病症改善时间,降低疾病复发率,提高患者妊娠成功率。Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopy combined with Goserelin in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis.Methods Sixty patients with ovarian endometriosis admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)according to the order of treatment.The control group was treated with laparoscopic surgery,and the Pregnant gynecological Capsules were given after operation.The observation group was treated with Goserelin Sustained-release Implants on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,related symptom scores,treatment time,and follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The dysmenorrhea,irregular menstruation,sexual pain,periodic rectal irritation and infertility scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of menstruation and ovulation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pregnancy success rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the disease in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with Goserelin in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis can significantly shorten the improvement time,reduce the recurrence rate and improve the success rate of pregnancy.
