健脾补肾化瘀通络法联合西药治疗早期糖尿病肾病的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨健脾补肾化瘀通络法联合西药治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的效果。方法选取我院2014年5月~2017年7月收治的早期DN患者共128例为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分成观察组与对照组各64例。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组在前者基础上采用健脾补肾化瘀通络法,比较两组的治疗总有效率、治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、血清三酰甘油(TG)及中医症状积分。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为93.75%,高于对照组的81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前的FBG、UAER、TC、TG水平和中医症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后的上述指标水平和中医症状积分低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的上述指标水平和中医症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾补肾化瘀通络法联合西药治疗早期DN患者效果显著,能降低其UAER水平,保护其肾脏,改善其临床症状,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Jianpi Bushen Huayu Tongluo therapy combined with Western medicine on the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods A total of 128 patients with early DN admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to July 2017 were enrolled as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were equally divided into observation group and control group,63 cases in each group.In the control group,Western medicine alone was used,while in the observation group,on the basis of the control group,Jianpi Bushen Huayu Tongluo therapy was added.The total therapeutic effectiveness rate,fasting blood glucose(FBG)before and after treatment,urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),serum total cholesterol(TC),serum triglyceride(TG)and symptoms integral of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)were compared in the two groups.Results The total therapeutic effectiveness rate of the observation group was 93.75%,higher than that of the control group accounting for 81.25%the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in the scores of FBG,UAER,TC,TG,and symptoms integral of TCM between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The levels of above indicators and TCM symptoms integral after treatment were lower than those before treatment with statistical significances(P<0.05).The levels of above-mentioned indicators and TCM symptoms integral in the observation group were lower than those in the control group with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Jianpi Bushen Huayu Tongluo therapy and Western medicine can obtain a remarkable curative effect on early DN patients,by reducing the level of UAER,protecting kidneys and improving the clinical symptoms,which is worthy of clinical application.
