烟台市2015～2017年药品不良反应报告分析

摘　　要：目的总结和分析烟台市2015~2017年药品不良反应(ADR),为药品安全监测以及临床合理安全用药提供参考及依据。方法采用回顾性研究方法对烟台市2015~2017年31954例ADR报表数据进行统计分析。结果31954例ADR中,静脉滴注是引发不良反应的主要途径,共17917例(56.07%);不良反应>59岁患者共12698例,占比(39.74%)最大;引起不良反应最高频次的是抗微生物药物,其引发的不良反应共8796例,占27.53%;所有ADR涉及最多的是消化系统,共11601例,占26.94%;所有ADR中,经治疗后,18833例痊愈,占58.94%;另外不良反应报告的填写尚不完全,填写质量有待提高。结论应继续加强烟台市ADR的报告填写及监测工作,减少或避免ADR的发生,确保临床用药的合理性和安全性。Objective To summarize and analyze the adverse drug reaction(ADR)of Yantai city from 2015 to 2017,and to provide reference and basis for drug safety monitoring and clinical rational and safe use of drugs.Methods A retrospective study was conducted to analyze the data of 31954 ADR statements in Yantai city from 2015 to 2017.Results Among the 31954 cases of ADR,intravenous drip was the main route of adverse reactions,for 17917 cases(56.07%).Patients over 59 years accounted for the largest proportion,with a total of 12698 cases(39.74%).The most high frequency of adverse reactions was anti-microbial drugs,which caused a total of 8796 cases of adverse reactions,accounting for 27.53%.Of all the ADR reports,gastrointestinal system was the most frequent,with a total of 11601 cases,accounting for 26.94%.Of all ADR,18833 cases were cured after treatment,accounting for 58.94%.The completion of the adverse reaction report was not complete,and the quality of the filling needed to be improved.Conclusion More attention should be paid to the report filling and monitoring of ADR,so as to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR and ensure safety and rationality of drug use in clinic.
