摘 要:目的改良设计后腹膜透析连接管路系统在腹膜透析防错位接触污染中的应用效果,解决腹膜透析患者及家属换液时碰触污染问题。方法回顾性分析2017年5月~2018年10月我院收治的102例腹膜透析管术患者的临床资料,按照连接管路系统不同分为对照组(51例)和观察组(51例)。观察组采用改良设计后腹膜透析连接管路系统,对照组采用原连接管路系统。比较两组的并发症发生率、实用性及满意度。结果观察组并发症总发生率和连接管路问题发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士和患者的总满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良的腹膜透析管路系统使腹膜透析患者能准确连接各管路,减少无菌端口污染,预防腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎、管路问题和护理不良事件的发生,提高连接管路系统实用性及患者和护士的满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective Application effect of improved design of peritoned dialysis connection pipeline system in preventing dislocation contact contamination of peritoneal dialysis to solve the problem of contact contamination of peritoneal dialysis patients and their families during fluid exchange.Methods Clinical data of 102 patients with peritoneal dialysis catheterization admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to October 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into the control group(51 cases)and the observation group(51 cases)according to the different connection pipeline systems.The observation group used the modified design of retroperitoneal dialysis connection pipeline system,while the control group used the original connection pipeline system.Complications,utility,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications and the incidence of connecting pipe problems in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the total satisfaction of nurses and patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved peritoneal dialysis pipeline system enables peritoneal dialysis patients to connect each pipeline accurately and correctly,reduce the contamination of sterile ports,prevent peritonitis,pipeline problems and nursing adverse events related to peritoneal dialysis,and improve the practicability of the connecting pipeline system and the satisfaction of patients and nurses.It is worthy of clinical application.
