摘 要:石油钻井是石油开发过程中必不可少的重要环节,想要提高钻井效率,必须保证相关设备的安全性和可靠性。目前,我国在石油钻井工作中常用的设备是三相交流电机,因为该设备具有使用周期长和可靠性高的特点,在石油钻井平台中发挥出了重要的作用。就传统的使用功能而言,其各方面性能都高于普通电机,而且该电机的工作原理较为简单,便于操作和控制。然而在实际工作中设备故障时有发生,这会对钻井效率造成严重的影响,必须采取相应的措施进行维护,才能够使三相交流电机的作用得到全面的发挥。基于此,本文围绕石油钻井三相交流电机的常见故障及解决措施进行探析。以此为钻井效率的提高奠定良好的基础。Oil drilling is an indispensable part of the oil development process. To improve drilling efficiency, it is necessary to ensure the safety and reliability of related equipment. At present, the equipment commonly used in oil drilling in China is a three-phase AC motor. Because of its long life cycle and high reliability, it has played an important role in oil drilling platforms. As far as the traditional use function is concerned, its performance in all aspects is higher than that of an ordinary motor, and the working principle of the motor is relatively simple, and it is easy to operate and control. However, in actual work, equipment failure occurs, which will have a serious impact on drilling efficiency. It is necessary to take corresponding measures for maintenance, so that the role of the three-phase AC motor can be fully exerted. Based on this, this paper focuses on the common faults and solutions of oil drilling three-phase AC motors. This lays a good foundation for the improvement of drilling efficiency.
