摘 要:骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是目前最常见的致残性疾病之一,其发病机制尚不十分清楚。基质细胞衍生因子-1 (SDF-1)是CXC趋化因子家族的成员。近年来SDF-1在OA病理机制中的作用受到广泛关注。大量研究表明,SDF-1信号参与OA软骨破坏的分解代谢,以及软骨下骨异常改建,加速OA进程,抑制SDF-1信号可以延缓OA的进展。但是,也有研究认为,SDF-1可动员间充质干细胞归巢至OA软骨退变区,有利于退变软骨的重建,延缓OA的进展。因此,SDF-1信号在OA病理机制中的作用尚存争议。本文综述了SDF-1信号促进OA发生发展的机制,及其对OA关节软骨保护作用的相关机制,并对SDF-1在OA病理过程中的双重作用进行了简单分析。Osteoarthritis(OA) is one of the most common disabling diseases, and its pathogenesis is still unclear. Stromal cellderived factor-1(SDF-1) is a member of the CXC chemokine family and is involved in the pathogenesis of OA. Numerous studies provide evidence that SDF-1 participates in the regulation of the cartilage degeneration and subchondral bone remodeling in OA.However, other studies have also shown that SDF-1 signaling is crucial in the recruitment of mesenchymal stem cells towards degraded cartilage in OA, which can reverse cartilage degradation and delay the progression of OA. Therefore, the role of SDF-1 in the pathogenesis of OA remains controversial. This review summarizes the mechanisms of SDF-1 signaling in promoting OA progression and improving cartilage repair and regeneration.
