摘　　要：江苏斯尔邦石化环氧乙烷(EO)装置,通过立项技改,将乙烯储罐中残余气相乙烯回收至EO装置循环气系统,从而与氧气在EO反应器中的含银催化剂上反应生成环氧乙烷,节省乙烯储罐年检放空的乙烯损失。2017年10月技改完成施工、验收合格,之后分阶段将6个乙烯储罐的残余乙烯分别回收,每次回收过程均有记录。总结每次乙烯回收过程,优化操作,对下一次乙烯储罐年检回收残余乙烯,有重要意义。This article introduces Jiangsu Sierbang Petrochemical Company EO Plant, recycled the residual gas phase ethylene from ethylene tanks into EO plant recycle gas system, then the recycled ethylene react with oxygen over a silver containing catalyst contained in the EO reactor, become to EO. This modification will save a lot cost of ethylene vent because of Equipment yearly check. We finished the ethylene recycle modification in October 2017, by far, we have recycled ethylene from 6 ethylene tanks in turn. Every time,we recorded the data and the process.We can optimize our operation after we summarized the application, then we can do better in the next time Equipment yearly check.
