摘 要:姜黄素(Curcumin,CU)是一种从姜科植物提取的色素,是姜黄中主要的活性成分。研究表明,姜黄素具有抗氧化、免疫调节、改善肠道微生态、消炎抗病毒以及降脂等诸多生物学功能,作为饲料添加剂,在养猪生产中具有良好的应用前景。文章就姜黄素的生物学功能及其在养猪生产中的应用加以综述,简要分析其理化特性和提取工艺,进而阐明其在养猪生产中应用的优越性,旨在为姜黄素更好地应用于养猪生产提供理论依据和参考。Curcumin(CU) is a pigment extracted from curcuma plants and is the main active component of turmeric. Studies have shown that curcumin has many biological functions, such as anti-oxidation, immune regulation, improving intestinal microecology, anti-inflammatory and anti-virus, lipid reduction and many other biological functions. As a feed additive, curcumin has a good application prospect in pig production. In this paper, the biological function of curcumin and its application in pig production were reviewed. The physical and chemical properties and extraction technology of curcumin were briefly analyzed, and then the advantages of curcumin in pig production were expounded. The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical basis and reference for curcumin to be better used in pig production.
