摘  要:海上钻井平台作业环境恶劣,机械设备高度集中极易造成重大恶性事故,其风险评估尤其是定量风险评估研究对于保障钻井平台的安全起着十分重要的作用,但目前仍未形成一套针对其所有风险的量化评估方法。基于钻井平台历史事故数据和危险源辨识(HAZID)的方法对钻井平台可能存在的风险进行了全面的梳理,针对高风险点,采用三维计算流体力学(CFD)软件FLACS,从平台拥塞度、通风模拟、油气泄漏、火灾以及爆炸模拟等方面对平台的风险进行了全面的分析和研究。总结了钻井平台开展定量风险评估的方法,提出了风险防控措施。对目前大型平台关注的爆燃转爆轰(DDT)这一热点问题,进行研究和探讨。为进行海上钻井平台全面的定量风险评估提供了参考。The offshore drilling platform has a harsh operating environment and highly concentrated mechanical equipment,which is very likely to cause major malignant accidents.Therefore,its risk assessment,especially quantitative risk assessment study,plays an important role in ensuring the safety of the drilling platform,but it has not yet formed a set of quantitative assessment methods for all possible risks.Based on the historical accident data and hazard identification method of the drilling platform,this paper comprehensively combs the possible risks of the drilling platform.For the high-risk points,the three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software FLACS is used to comprehensively analyze and study the risks of the platform from the platform congestion,ventilation simulation,oil and gas leakage,fire and explosion simulation,the methods for quantitative risk assessment of drilling platforms are summarized and risk prevention and control measures are proposed.At the same time,it studies and discusses the hot issue of deflagration to detonation transition(DDT)that is currently concerned by large platforms.It introduces the latest international research methods and research results,and provides a reference for comprehensive quantitative risk assessment of offshore drilling platforms.
