摘 要:加油站作业过程中存在很多潜在的风险,若不实施有效的管控,将威胁加油站安全生产和周边安全。本文使用工作危害分析方法,细化参数评判依据,并以危险性较大的接卸油作业作为例,进行分析评价,确定出可实施的风险分级管控的管理执行层级。为企业实现安全效益最大化,提高企业自身的风险管控能力,落实国家建设风险分级管控、隐患排查治理双重预防性工作机制提供科学借鉴。There are many potential risks in the operation of the gas station.If effective control is not implemented,the safety production and safety of the gas station will be threatened.Using JHA theoretical analysis method,this paper refined the basis of parameter evaluation,and took the dangerous loading and unloading operation of gas station as an example.According to the principle of full and effective use of resources,it defined the management execution level of the risk grading management and control that can be implemented,which can provide scientific reference for maximizing the safety benefits for the enterprise,improving the risk management and control capability of the enterprise,implementing the dual preventive working mechanism of the national construction risk grading management and control,hidden danger investigation and management.
