摘　　要：目的:探讨护理专案在糖尿病患者胰岛素自我注射中的应用效果。方法:将2018年5月1日~7月31日收治的137例糖尿病患者作为对照组,进行常规护理及健康教育;将2018年9月1日~11月30日收治的216例糖尿病患者作为干预组,实施护理专案。比较两组胰岛素自我注射规范率、出院6个月空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA 1c)及低血糖发生率。结果:干预组胰岛素自我注射规范率、出院6个月FPG、2 hPBG、HbA 1c及低血糖发生率均优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:实施护理专案可显著提高糖尿病患者胰岛素自我注射规范率,从而使患者有效控制血糖。Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing project in diabetic patients with insulin self-injection.Methods:A total of 137 patients with diabetes admitted from May 1 to July 31,2018 were taken as the control group,and routine nursing and health education were carried out.A total of 216 cases of diabetic patients admitted from September 1 to November 30,2018 were treated as intervention group and nursing project was implemented.The standard rate of insulin self-injection,FPG after 6 months,2 hPBG,HbA 1c and incidence of hypoglycemia were compared between the two groups.Results:The standard rate of insulin self-injection,FPG after 6 months,2 hPBG,HbA 1c and incidence of hypoglycemia in the intervention group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing nursing project can significantly improve the standard rate of insulin self-injection in diabetic patients,so that patients can effectively control blood glucose.
