摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性心力衰竭患者疾病感知控制与希望水平的相关性。方法:2019年1月1日~7月31日,采用方便抽样法选择滨州市某三甲医院心血管内科慢性心力衰竭患者210例,采用修订版控制态度量表(CAS-R)和Herth希望量表(HHI)进行问卷调查。结果:慢性心力衰竭患者CAS-R总分为(27.17±3.97)分,HHI总分为(36.87±4.05)分;感知控制总分与希望水平总分呈正相关(r=0.51,P<0.05),采取积极行动维度得分与感知控制总得分呈正相关(r=0.53,P<0.05),自我效能维度得分与希望水平总分呈正相关(r=0.45,P<0.05)。结论:慢性心力衰竭患者疾病感知控制力处于中等水平,希望水平较高,护理人员应采取有效的干预措施,提高患者积极应对能力,提高生活质量。Objective:To explore the correlation between disease perceived control and hope level in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:From January 1 to July 31,2019,210 patients with chronic heart failure in the department of cardiovascular medicine of a Grade 3 Class A hospital in Binzhou were selected by convenient sampling method,and the revised control attitude scale(CAS-R)and Herth hope scale(HHI)were used for questionnaire survey.Results:The total score of CAS-R was(27.17±3.97),and the total score of HHI was(36.87±4.05).The score of perceived control was positively correlated with the total score of perceived control(r=0.51,P<0.05),the score of active action dimension was positively correlated with the total score of perceived control(r=0.53,P<0.05),and the score of self-efficacy dimension was positively correlated with the total score of perceived control(r=0.45,P<0.05).Conclusion:The patients with chronic heart failure have a moderate level of disease perception control,and the hope level is high.Nursing staff should take effective intervention measures to improve the patients′positive coping ability and quality of life.
