摘　　要：目的:探讨超早期康复护理对改善老年缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能和生活质量的影响。方法:随机选取2017年4月1日~2019年3月31日就诊于的108例老年缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组各54例,对照组在治疗中辅以常规康复护理,实验组则辅以超早期康复护理,对两组神经功能[采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)]、生活质量[采用卒中影响量表(SIS)]、患侧肢体恢复情况[采用简易运动功能评价量表(FMA)]及护理满意度进行分析和观察。结果:护理后,实验组NIHSS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01);护理1、4周后,实验组SIS中情绪、力气、ADL、记忆与思维、手功能、交流、参与评分和总分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.01);护理后,实验组FMA评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对老年缺血性脑卒中患者实施超早期康复护理,不仅可以促进神经功能和肢体功能的恢复,还可提升患者的生活质量和护理满意度,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the effect of super early rehabilitation nursing on improving neurological function and quality of life in elderly patients with ischemic stroke.Methods:A total of 108 cases of elderly patients with ischemic stroke from April 1,2017 to March 31,2019 were randomly selected as the research objects,according to random number table method.They were divided into control group and experimental group with 54 cases each.The control group was given conventional rehabilitation nursing in the treatment,and the experimental group was given super early rehabilitation nursing.The recovery of neural function(NIHSS),the quality of life(SIS),recovery of one side body(FMA),and nursing satisfaction were observed and analyzed.Results:After nursing,NIHSS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).After 1 and 4 weeks of nursing,the scores of emotion,strength,ADL,memory and thinking,hand function,communication,participation and total score in SIS in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).After nursing,FMA score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Super early rehabilitation nursing for elderly patients with ischemic stroke can not only promote the recovery of neurological function and limb function,but also improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
