摘　　要：在近现代城市发展的过程中,城市通过不断扩张,以聚合和分散的方式进行地域文化和区域经济的生产和整合,不同的城市地域文化和空间形态反映了一个城市甚至一个民族的文化,拥有不可多得的研究价值。在全球老龄化城市发展进程持续加快的特殊时期,部分老龄化城市居民的文化层次较低,对持续增加的高技术含量的基础设施建设利用率不高,包括城镇居民的知识结构和对基础设施建设的使用。城市空间形态和城市表征建设反映了城市的特色和居民关系的融洽与和谐。因此,为了探究在全球持续老龄化背景下的新型城市发展,就需要理解城际、城镇空间场所的营造特点,以及区域邻里社区在这一条件下如何重组,区别分析不同城市特色、不同阶段的城市特点和它的发展趋势。In the process of urban development in modern times, cities produce and integrate regional culture and regional economy in a way of aggregation and dispersion through continuous expansion. Different urban regional culture and spatial form reflect the culture of a city or even a nation, which has invaluable research value. In the special period of the accelerating global ageing and urban development, the cultural level of part of aging urban residents is not high and the utilization rate of the increasing infrastructure with high technology is also not high, which indicates the knowledge structure of the urban residents and the utilization of infrastructure. The urban space morphology and the construction of the urban characterization reflects the characteristics of a city and the harmony between the residents. Therefore, in order to explore the new urban development under the background of global continuous aging, it is necessary to understand the construction characteristics of intercity and urban space as well as how to restructure the regional neighborhood communities under this condition, and to analyze different urban characteristics, different stages of urban characteristics and its development trend.
