摘 要:城市公共交通明显改善了城市的交通便利性,进而影响了住宅小区分布。中低价小区中的大量城市居民,相对更易受到公共交通的影响。本研究以绍兴为例,观察单中心城区中中低价小区的分布,并分析其与公共交通的关系,并对中低价小区房价与交通便利性的关系建立函数模型进行研究,从而依据函数模型探讨单中心城区的规划方向。Urban public transport has obviously improved the traffic convenience of the city, thus affecting the distribution of residential districts. A large number of urban residents in low-and medium-cost residential areas are relatively more vulnerable to the impact of public transport. Taking Shaoxing as an example, this study observes the distribution of low and medium-cost residential areas in single-center cities and analyses their relationship with public transport, and establishes a functional model to study the relationship between low and medium-cost residential housing prices and transport convenience, so as to explore the planning direction of single-center cities based on the functional model.
