摘 要:研究了植物乳杆菌WLPL01艾草发酵液对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌感染小鼠的影响。通过构建鼠伤寒沙门氏菌感染小鼠模型,采用低剂量(5 mg·mL^-1)、中剂量(15 mg·mL^-1)和高剂量(50 mg·mL^-1)的艾草发酵液以及植物乳杆菌WLPL01菌悬液进行干预,监测小鼠体重、各组织中鼠伤寒沙门氏菌数量、结肠和回肠的H&E染色以及相关炎症因子的表达和分泌,探究了艾草发酵液对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌感染小鼠的干预作用。结果表明,通过高剂量(50 mg·mL^-1)和中剂量(15 mg·mL^-1)艾草发酵液的干预,能有效缓解由鼠伤寒沙门氏菌感染引起的体重下降,减少肝脏、脾脏和肠系膜淋巴结中的鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的数量;并通过下调结肠和回肠中相关炎症因子(TNF-α,IFN-γ和IL-10)的转录水平及血清中TNF-α和IFN-γ的分泌量,减轻结肠、回肠的炎症及肠道损伤。The effect of Artemisia argyi fermentation liquid by Lactobacillus plantarum WLPL01 on the infection of Salmonella Typhimurium in mice was investigated.Low-dose(5 mg·mL^-1),medium-dose(15 mg·mL^-1),high-dose(50 mg·mL^-1)of A.argyi fermentation liquid and L.plantarum WLPL01 suspension were adopted to treat mice infected by S.Typhimurium.Also,the body weight,the S.Typhimurium load in tissues,the H&E staining of colon and ileum,and the expression and secretion of related inflammatory factors in mice were studied.The results showed that,compared with the infected group,there was no inflammatory cell infiltration in mice treated with 50 mg·mL^-1 and 15 mg·mL^-1 of A.argyi fermentation liquid,and the transcriptional level of TNF-α,IFN-γ,and IL-10 in the colon and ileum were down-regulated.Additionally,the body weight did not decrease significantly,and the amount of S.Typhimurium was declined in liver,spleen and mesenteric lymph nodes respectively,which indicated that high-dose and medium-dose of A.argyi fermentation liquid could effectively reduce the weight loss,intestinal inflammation,and injury caused by S.Typhimurium infection.
