摘 要:目的探讨海藻在临床抗肿瘤方剂中的组方用药规律,为其临床运用提供参考。方法收集广东省中医院2017年7月至2018年6月的临床含海藻方剂4030首,筛选得到含海藻抗肿瘤方剂940首(去除重复方剂30首)。采用中医传承辅助平台软件(V2.5)建立数据库,进行数据挖掘。结果940首方剂治疗肿瘤共47种,高频出现的依次为前列腺癌、肺癌、乳腺癌等;涉及中药337味,分为19类;关联规则发现海藻与牡蛎、莪术、甘草常配伍使用;熵聚类分析发现核心药物组合20个,新处方10个。结论海藻在临床使用上,通过配伍不同的中药以达到治疗不同肿瘤的作用,探讨其组方用药规律对于指导海藻临床用药及新处方开发具有重要的意义。Objective Seaweed is an important marine traditional Chinese medicine with anti- tumor effect. Thecurrent study aimed to explore the prescription rules of its clinical anti-tumor prescriptions and provide reference forits clinical application. Methods 4 030 clinical seaweed- containing prescriptions were collected in GuangdongProvincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2017 to June 2018,and 940 seaweed-containing antitumorprescriptions were screened out(30 repetitive ones were removed). The database was established using theTraditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform(TCMISS)software(V2.5)for data mining. Results Therewere 47 kinds of tumors treated with 940 prescriptions. The high frequencies appeared in prostate cancer, lungcancer and breast cancer. 337 Chinese medicines were involved, which were divided into 19 categories. Theassociation rules found that seaweed was used in combination with Oystreae concha, Curcumae rhizoma andGlycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma. Entropy clustering analysis found 20 core drug combinations and 10 new prescriptions.Conclusion The clinical use of seaweed is to achieve the treatment of different tumors by matching differenttraditional Chinese medicines. The rules of prescriptions are of great significance to guide the clinical use of seaweedand the development of new prescriptions.
