摘 要:在铜片表面制备了Ni-Co-Y2O3复合镀层。采用线性扫描伏安法、计时电流法和交流阻抗法等电化学方法研究了Ni-Co-Y2O3复合镀层的电化学行为;采用X射线衍射仪分析了Ni-Co-Y2O3复合镀层的相结构;采用扫描电镜观察了Ni-Co-Y2O3复合镀层的表面形貌和截面形貌。结果表明:Ni-Co-Y2O3复合镀层的起始沉积电位为-0.80 V,并且成核遵循Scharifker-Hill瞬时成核模型;达到沉积电位时,EIS曲线由完整的高频容抗弧和低频感抗弧组成;Ni-Co-Y2O3复合镀层表面的晶粒较为致密,与基体结合较好。Ni-Co-Y2O3 composite coating was prepared on the surface of copper sheet.The electrochemical methods such as linear sweep voltammetry,chronoamperometry and AC impedance spectroscopy were used to study the electrochemical behavior of Ni-Co-Y2O3 composite coating.The phase structure of Ni-Co-Y2O3 composite coating was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer,and the surface morphology and cross-section morphology of Ni-Co-Y2O3 composite coating were observed by scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the initial deposition potential of Ni-Co-Y2O3 composite coating was-0.80 V and the nucleation follows the Scharifker-Hill transient nucleation model.EIS curve consists of a complete high-frequency capacitance arc and a low-frequency inductive loop when the deposition potential was reached.The crystal grains on the surface of Ni-Co-Y2O3 composite coating were relatively dense,and the coating was well adhered to the substrate.
