摘 要:采用氟硼酸盐镀液体系制备了铅-锑合金镀层。采用X射线衍射仪分析了镀层的结构,采用扫描电镜观察了镀层的表面形貌,并采用Tafel曲线、阳极极化曲线和交流阻抗谱测试了镀层的耐蚀性。结果表明:铅-锑合金镀层的耐蚀性优于纯铅镀层的耐蚀性;在常温下,采用1.0 A/dm^2的电流密度制备的铅-锑合金镀层的耐蚀性最佳。Lead-antimony alloy coating was prepared in fluoborate system. The structure of the coating was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer, the surface morphology of the coating was observed by scanning electron microscope, and the corrosion resistance of the coating was investigated by Tafel curve, anodic polarization curve and AC impedance spectroscopy. The results showed that the corrosion resistance of lead-antimony alloy coating was better than that of pure lead coating. The lead-antimony alloy coating prepared at the current density of 1.0 A/dm^2 at ambient temperature has the best corrosion resistance.
