摘  要:向钒/锆酸盐转化液体系中加入硝酸镍,研究了硝酸镍对AZ91D镁合金钒/锆酸盐转化膜性能的影响。结果表明:硝酸镍作为添加剂,可以明显提高钒/锆酸盐转化膜的耐蚀性,使膜层更加致密、均匀。当硝酸镍的质量浓度为1.00 g/L时,钒/锆酸盐转化膜的耐蚀性最佳。Nickel nitrate was added to the vanadium/zirconate conversion solution, the effect of nickel nitrate on the properties of vanadium/zirconate conversion coating on AZ91 D magnesium alloy was studied. The results showed that nickel nitrate as an additive can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of vanadium/zirconate conversion coating, and make the coating more uniform and dense. When the mass concentration of nickel nitrate was 1.00 g/L, the vanadium/zirconate conversion coating has the best corrosion resistance.
